"I have been to food banks this year because we haven't had any money... it's been very difficult," she said.
On Sunday the celebrity tweeted about her financial struggles and said she had lost her home and was now living in emergency accommodation.
She's spoken to Premier about her Christian faith in the past. She said after a visit to a church she was 'lit up' and 'didn't know church like that existed'.
Three months ago the 41-year-old admitted she was back on drugs but appearing on TV show This Morning she said she was clean again and looking forward to Christmas.
She tweeted she had "the love of my kids" and a few "good friends".
On This Morning she said: "It's a car crash. I have to say. I thought nearly losing my life was the worst point in my life. I think this year has been the worst in my life. Just losing one thing after another."
