Church leaders from across the UK have been taking to the streets to raise awareness of homeless people by selling the Big Issue.
They have braved the cold to join street vendors of the magazine as part of Vendor Week.
It's part of a campaign by the International Network of Street Papers to celebrate the 14,000 homeless who make their way out of poverty by selling the Big Issue.
Among those taking part were the Moderator of the Church of Scotland, Rt Revd John Chalmers (pictured) and the Bishop of Manchester.
Bishop David Walker told the Manchester Evening News: "Homelessness in Britain today is as much a 'big issue' as it was when the paper was founded.
"Those who sell copies, week in and week out, remind us of the inherent human dignity of every person.
"I'm proud to be able to show my support in this small way. I hope that sponsors will sign up to enable Big Issue to continue to support its vendors."
