Christians are being urged to pray for rail workers as more strikes cause travel disruptions.
RMT strikes are causing difficulties across the country, and tube strikes are causing a strain on travel around the Capital.
Many have been left frustrated by the continued strike action, but Liam Johnston from Railway Mission says people of faith need to give grace.
He said: “I think as Christians, we need to be approaching it in a way that is sensitive and even-handed.
“While we may be very frustrated because our train isn't running, we've also got to think about the individuals who perhaps are struggling financially.
“I know there's a lot of people, especially in the mainstream media who talk about the amount of money that the average rail worker gets paid, but the reality is that a lot of people don't get paid anywhere near that amount.
“Not only that, but even if they do, they probably have larger mortgages and other overheads that they've lived up to for the last few years because of their salaries.
“So they are now struggling, the same as everybody else.
“I think, as Christians, we just need to put ourselves in the shoes of others and think about their point of view a little bit more.”
