Timothy Storey was giving evidence in his trial for two counts of rape and one of sexual of assault against one woman and two charges of rape against a second.
At Woolwich Crown Court he said the accusations were not true and that both women were "participants and seemed to be enjoying it".
Mr Storey, 35, who met both women through the church where he was a leader, admitted to being a sex addict but said he was not a rapist.
When asked about one of the woman, who spent the night in his room when he was training to be a vicar, he told the jury: "She never said 'no' at any point. She gave her consent".
In a written statement the alleged victim claimed to have been crying during the incident but Mr Storey told the court: "If she had been crying I would have stopped.
"She is lying about crying and lying about me raping her. I did not rape her.
"That was completely the opposite to what she was communicating to me by her body language and words."
He told Hanna Llewellyn-Waters QC, prosecuting, that the other accuser was annoyed with him when she found out he was sleeping with other people.
The woman, a devout Christian, last week spoke of being manipulated by Storey over a number of years and said he could be "two different men".
The pastor admitted that he had a "dark" side and that he was "sexually driven" but reiterated the sex was consensual.
"I broke their trust and I broke a lot of people's trust but that doesn't make me a rapist," Storey told the jury of seven women and five men.
Slamming his hand onto the stand and facing the jury, he said: "Let me be really clear about this. She never said 'no'. I would have stopped. It was consensual."
He said "no coercion was involved" with either of his accusers.
The trial continues.
