St. Frances X Cabrini Church was kept open by Catholics maintaining an around-the-clock vigil in protest.
The sit-in followed the decision by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston to close it, according to The Associated Press.
On Sunday they will be forced to leave the church in Scituate.
Earlier in May the U.S. Supreme Court said it would not hear their last appeal.
On its final day the believers will hold a final Sunday service, a "celebration of faith and transition," before departing for the final time.
The case of St. Frances X Cabrini Church was heard in civil courts in the U.S. and even went as far as the Vatican, however they were not successful.
Now a Superior Court judge has said the archdiocese is the legal owner of the church property, meaning it has the right to evict the parishioners occupying the building.
This ruling has been upheld by the state Appeals Court.
