The interfaith advert titled "One Team," began with a rabbi rushing out of synagogue and into his truck to get to an American football game.
On the way, he picks up a priest - who rushes out of church mid-sentence during a sermon - an imam and a monk, with lots of laughter and pranks along the journey.
Once they arrive, they are scolded by two nuns for being late.
The one-minute advert, created by the advertising firm Saatchi & Saatchi, earned praise on social media and racked up more than 200,000 views on YouTube.
One user tweeted: "That's my America."
Companies paid over $5 million to secure a 30-second advert spot during the popular sports game.
