A historic Hawker Hunter fighter jet, taking part in the show, came down on the A27 Saturday afternoon, hitting several cars.
At least 7 people died in the accident.
Three of the victims have been named as Worthing United footballers Matthew Grimstone and Jacob Schilt, and personal trainer Matt Jones.
The family of Matthew Grimstone have paid tribute to their 23-year-old son saying: "He was the kindest person you could ever meet, with a great wit."
The Diocese of Chichester said St Mary's de Haura Church in Shoreham will hold a special silence before their Sunday service and candles would be lit in the church's St George's Chapel afterwards.
St Mary's and the Church of the Good Shepherd on Shoreham Beach will remain open all day to anyone who wants to pray.

The Archdeacon of Chichester, Douglas McKittrick, said he had kept in close touch with the team of chaplains working at the airport, in local hospitals and in parishes in the local area.
"This has been a truly terrible day and the extent of the shock and horror of it all is only just dawning on many in the local community.
"We offer prayers for the repose of the souls of the deceased and for all those who are concerned about their loved ones," he said, in the Argus paper.
The remainder of the airshow has been cancelled and an investigation into to incident has begun.
