Religious leaders have 'no influence' over half of young people, says survey

Religious leaders have little or no influence over half of young people according to the findings of a new YouGov survey for The Sun.

The newspaper questioned almost 1,000 eighteen to twenty four yea- old's, and also found 56% never attend church except for weddings or funerals.

Fresh Expression is a group set up to look at new ways of doing church.

Its spokesman Norman Ivison told Premier's News Hour he's not surprised by the findings, but he is worried:
