The Chairman of David Cameron's local Conservative association has resigned over the Government's same sex marriage proposals. Cicely Maunder says her Christian beliefs have led her to the decision.
The 64 year-old said she hasn't had the opportunity to discuss the issue with the Prime Minister and has no idea why he's supporting it.
She was asked on Premier's News Hour what impact her resignation would make:
