A Florida pastor has sparked outrage after telling his congregation that God instructed him to make someone a multimillionaire if they donated $10,000 within 90 seconds.

Dr. Todd Hall, also known as “The Praiseologist,” spoke during an ADR prophetic conference, where he said: “The Lord said, I want to make a multi, multi-millionaire out of someone but they have to sow ten thousand dollars. He said and they have to do that within 90 seconds.”

The video showed Hall wearing a designer suit as he called for donations, saying God would “show his face to the person who would donate the sum within 90 seconds.” Members were heard clapping during the appeal.

Born in Brownsville, Brooklyn, Hall reportedly grew up in challenging circumstances and overcame early exposure to gangs and street life.

He gave his heart to God in 1979 and has since become a pastor, author, spiritual advisor, and founder of Shabach Ministries of Praise, Inc., The Shabach Church in Apopka, Florida, and The Shabach Fellowship.

He is also a businessman and CEO of Risky Productions and TMH Enterprises SM.

The viral video has drawn criticism on social media, with some users accusing him of exploitation.

It comes after comedian Druski posted a controversial megachurch parody sketch on Monday. The video has received more than 55 million views and sparked fierce debate over large churches and wealthy pastors.
