Overweights who refuse to get fit could face benefits chop

Overweight people who refuse to get fit could have their benefits docked under plans being put forward by a London council.

The idea would involve payments like housing benefit being reduce if a doctor prescribed exercise - but the patient didn't do it.

But Paul Dimoldenberg who's leader of the Labour group on Westminster City Council has told Premier the idea's unworkable:
