Emma Derrick, 88, from Bristol, caught rheumatic fever three times as a child. As a result, she was told it was unlikely she'd ever be able to have children.
But Mrs Derrick prayed for a child, and says God answered it.
She went on to have fourteen children in all and now has 65 grandchildren and more than 90 great-great-grandchildren.
She told the Daily Express: "They are all miracles. I prayed for a baby and it was answered.
"It can be tough keeping track of everyone but I do love them all. I wouldn't change any of them.
"Having family around you is the most important thing in life."
"My mother always used to say if you can't look after them, then you shouldn't have them in the first place, and I always kept to that."
