A Government Minister says 'people who do God do good'. Baroness Warsi is praising the work church groups do to meet society's 'crucial needs' which were once met by the state. Her comments comes as new research suggests the hours donated by church volunteers have increased by 36 per cent in the last two years. Tim Bissett is the Chief Executive of the Church Urban Fund.
