Life Church in Bradford has fallen victim to two incidents of supposed hate crime, including a "security threat."
The church was evacuated on Sunday, but nothing was found.
An instance of criminal damage in the church's main function room was also recorded.
Police are appealing to the community to find the culprit.
Speaking to the local paper, the Telegraph and Argus, councillor Rizwana Jamil said: "Life Church is a place of community, as well as a place of worship, and I encourage anyone who knows anything to please contact the police, so they can find out who is responsible and ensure the Church is once again a safe and inviting place for everybody."
"The facilities at Life Church are enjoyed by all communities. I've been to concerts and conferences there, it's such a beautiful place and it's an asset to the area."
On the weekend prior to the incident, Life Church had welcomed hundreds of attendees for their annual Xcel Men's Conference.
The church - which doubles as a concert venue due to its size - is also known for the RockNations youth conference, YA Movement and, previously, Cherish women's conference.
Premier has reached out to Life Church Bradford for comment.
