The preacher father of the global pop star Katy Perry has defended his daughter after a woman accused him of raising a Satanist.
He was attacked by a woman who fears the singer is leading her son to hell.
Perry is famous for hits such as 'I Kissed a Girl', 'Roar' and 'Firework'.
Keith Hudson said that the woman verbally abused at him outside a Christian radio station in Arizona, USA.
She is reported to have said that his daughter is wicked and criticised her risqué music videos.
The woman also revealed her son enjoys Katy Perry's music, and she fears singer is leading him to hell.
Mr Hudson later told the entertainment site TMZ.com he felt she was "a bitter and angry woman trying to blame my kid for her kid's mistakes".
Katy Perry, birth name is Kate Hudson, grew up in a strong Christian family before turning to become a singer.
