The Shorthorn heifers were escorted through the busy streets of London by a mounted troop of the Light Calvary Honourable Artillery Company and tractors on Thursday.
The blessing was led by Rev Canon Michael Hampel.
The parade and blessing were part of the Celebration of British Livestock at Christmas event and was attended by 200 famers from across Britain.
Participants ended their procession at St Brides Church on Fleet Street where a farmyard gathering of sheep and chickens were waiting to join the celebrations.
Beef Shorthorn Society chief executive Milly Fyfe said: "We were pleased to have the opportunity to support this celebration of British livestock.
"We are looking forward to our Beef Shorthorn raising the breed's profile and providing an impromptu spectacle to thousands of people in the city."
Proceeds collected on the day were given to London City Farms.
