Health Secretary promising new laws following NHS alleged cover-up

The Health Secretary says the law will be changed to make it a criminal offence for anyone in the NHS to get away with covering up poor care.

It's after the failings by the healthcare regulator the CQC over how it investigated the deaths of babies at Furness General Hospital.
