First woman in the UK has praised a Christian Doctor’s abortion pill reversal service

by Alex Collett

The first woman in the UK has shared her story on how a Christian doctor has helped save her baby’s life.

Amrita Kaur has praised Dr Dermot Kearney after he helped save her baby’s life after she regretted taking the first of two abortion pills.

Dr Dermot Kearney has now received the right to deliver the abortion pill reverse service after he banned by the General Medical Council (GMC) since May 2021.

However the (GMC) dropped all sanctions against the doctor after concluding that there was no evidence of wrongdoing.

Amirta is one of the 32 women that Dr Kearney helped with the service.

Amrita said: "If Dermot hadn't been there, I don't even want to think what my life would be like."

Christian Concern's Andrea Williams also commented on Dermot's case: "I praise God that this scandalous ban has now been lifted, and that the life-saving treatment that Dr Kearney offers can restart.

“The way is now open for many more women to be helped and many more babies to be saved.
"I am so grateful to all those in the Christian Concern family who have prayed and given generously to support Dermot, leading to this wonderful vindication.

“Please help us to continue to be here for others like him."
