Almost a third of children have contemplated or attempted suicide by the time they're 16. That's the finding of a study which suggests a similar number have self-harmed because they feel symptoms of depression. The charity Mindfull which is behind the research wants pupils to be given mental health lessons. Nadia Foster is a Christian Psychology teacher.
