A Manchester Christian group says it wants to meet the social and spiritual needs of former members of the armed forces and their families.
Manchester City Mission is launching IN STEP to build friendships and offer support to personnel.
It'll hold a drop in session every week at a local church. Terry Durose is the Director of MCM.
He told Premier's News Hour members of the forces have different needs to normal civilians:
