New unsealed legal documents have revealed charges against a Missouri Christian elementary school teacher at the January 6 insurrection.

Kelsey Wilson, an elementary school teacher at Dayspring Christian School in Springfield, MO has been arrested and charged with entering the US Capitol during the January 6 invasion, according to unsealed legal documents. Wilson has two children under the age of 10 and is married to Zachary Wilson.

The Kansas City Star reports that both Kelsey and Zachary had been on-site and had invaded the facility, all while sharing photos of their appearance. The FBI also had acquired footage of the pair entering the site.

Local authorities had previously reported that Zachary Wilson was one of several individuals who had entered Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's office during the invasion. In a later Facebook post, Wilson did identify himself, claiming he was the "first one in!" The FBI investigated the pair as early as January 18, when they were interviewed by law enforcement. He was later arrested on February 12 after additional footage revealed him entering the Capitol.

While Wilson claims he had not damaged any property inside, the footage did reveal that he had entered several off-limits spaces for the public.

Zachary and Kelsey are now charged with several crimes, including "knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds; and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building."
