New research indicates more households have just one shared television in the living room.
A shift in our TV habits shows living room telly is making a comeback.
A study has found 91% per cent of us watch TV in their main room at least once a week, just families in the 1950s.
The research, by media regulator Ofcom, also reveals more people are living in homes with just one television.
It also shows we're multi-tasking while we're watching, thanks to gadgets such as tablets and smart phones.
