David Cameron says childcare is "the issue" for families.
The Prime Minister's announced a new tax break to help working parents with their childcare costs. Eligible families will receive up to 12-hundred pounds a year towards care for each child. Labour says many families have already lost out, in cuts to childcare support. Dr Sam Royston is Policy Advisor at the Children's Society.
He tells Premier's News Hour he's concerned those who need the financial support the most won't get it:
