An army of good samaritans is being asked to care for the nation's elderly this winter. NHS England wants 100 thousand people to sign a pledge saying they'll look in on an elderly friend or neighbour over the next few months. Robin Rolls is the National Director of the Outlook Trust - a ministry to the elderly.
