Catholic adoption agency could lose charitable status

A Catholic adoption agency's been told it could lose its charitable status after refusing to work with couples who haven't been married for at least two years.

The ruling was made after a complaint from the National Secular Society which claimed St Margaret's in Scotland was discriminating against gay couples.

The agency's been given three months to change the policy.
