A church that was livestreaming at the time of the explosion in Beirut has caught the impact on camera.
Saint Maron Catholic Church in the city was filming a mass at the time, with the priest at the front.
The candles and lights suddenly went out, parts of the roof started to fall down and the priest ran to his left from the falling debris.
The camera then shakes around and stops.
The priest is reported to be safe.
The explosion took place at about 6pm Lebanon time on Tuesday in the city.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson said of the incident: “All of my thoughts and prayers are with those caught up in this terrible incident”
It is not yet known how many British nationals are among those caught up in the aftermath, the Foreign Office has confirmed.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the Government is “ready to provide support in any way we can”, while the Foreign Office said it is “monitoring the situation closely”.
