Eggs from the supermarket Aldi have gone viral, for featuring a Bible verse on their packaging.

GoldHen eggs are packed in Indiana, and available in US Aldi stores. Inside their cardboard packaging, shoppers have spotted a verse from Psalm 118.

‘This is the day the Lord has made; Let us rejoice and be glad it in it. Psalms 118:24’ is written inside the lid of the carton.

“10/10 for Aldi,” wrote one shopper, under a video of her opening the carton.

“Not them blessing our food before we bless it!” said another user in the comments.

At present, the GoldHen eggs are only available in American stores.
