Revd Mark Sharpe took action after the diocese didn't intervene when he became a victim to harrassment from parishioners.
A Church of England priest has won an employment appeal tribunal over a bullying claim against the Diocese of Worcester.
Premier's Marcus Jones reports.
A spokesperson for the Church of England said:"The Appeal Tribunal Judge did not rule on whether freehold incumbents in the Church of England are either employees or workers. However, in the light of the Supreme Court decision in relation to Ministers in the Methodist church, the judge has decided not to uphold the original judgement. She has ruled that the case should be reconsidered by the Employment Tribunal, in accordance with the legal principles as set out in her judgement."
