The initiative started last year to encourage churches across the UK to reflect the place of faith and duty in our society by praying for the Queen, her elected representatives and everyone making a positive contribution to our society.
This year was particularly special as it marks the Queen's 90th and coincided with a massive street party outside Buckingham Palace.
Churches invited members of the community of all faiths and none to join them for celebrations and services to commend the good and true work that is being done up and down country every week.
Premier put together a map displaying over 750 churches across the UK with the activities of what they are doing to celebrate.
Some held special services, others special lunches, street parties, afternoon teas and other community events.
Four special Society Sunday Services were held in each of the nations - Cardiff, Edinburgh, Belfast and London.
The Dean of Westminster, the Chaplain to the Queen, Stephen Timms MP, Dr Martyn Atkins the Minister of the Church, High Commissioners and guests from such organisations as Bible Society, Tearfund, Christian Police Association, Street Angels and the Religious Literacy Partnership attended a service.
Peter Kerridge, the CEO of Premier, said: "It's great that churches understand and celebrate the importance of service in our society at all levels and especially this year with the Queen's 90th Birthday.
"It is fitting that we pay respect to someone like her Majesty who has given her life to serving this country".
