Writing on Facebook, he said: "It has been a rather difficult few hours. My son Jacob passed out last night fell and loss consciousness.
"The ambulance came and took him to hospital. He appears to be ok now and is coming home."
His post has received well over 100 comments from supporters offering prayer.
It's been an eventful few years for Canon Andrew White. He left Iraq in 2014 after being ordered out by the Archbishop of Canterbury on security reasons.
He then left his charity the Foundation for Relief and Reconciliation in the Middle East (FRRME) after the Charity Commission began an investigation into its work.
Canon Andrew White then began two new organisations - Canon Andrew White Reconciliation Ministries and Jerusalem Merit.
