Under the country's privacy laws the 44-year-old clergyman has not been named and identified only as Pawel K.
A judge also said the priest can not work with young people for the rest of his life and must undergo psychological treatment.
The priest was arrested in December 2012 when hotel staff alerted police after he checked in with a teenage boy.
A large number of victims gave evidence to the case and pictures of some of them were found on the priest's computer.
He was described as 'seductive, provocative and [a] dangerous type' by the court.
It's now thought he'll face a church prosecution and will be defrocked.
The Archdiocese of Wroclaw said: "Once again we express our deep regret over the acts committed by the cleric. It's hard to find the right words to express our pain and compassion to the victims".
The priest can appeal the verdict.
