A new platform aiming to support innovative approaches to evangelism has been launched. 'JustSow' seeks to identify projects, people and organisations who have creative and potentially high-impact ideas but lack funding to make their mission a reality.
The platform will partner with Stewardship to administer grants of up to £10,000 per project.
Rich Wilson, Movement Leader of Fusion, is working alongside JustSow to help roll out the initiative.
“Throughout the centuries, the church has sacrificed and innovated in order to reach people with the good news of Jesus, and often there have been funders behind the scenes enabling that mission," Wilson said. "JustSow want to assist in unlocking the potential of gospel entrepreneurs by connecting funding with their projects and releasing them to fulfil their calling.”
Wilson continued: “Like any entrepreneur, a gospel entrepreneur is willing to think creatively and take risks to more effectively share the gospel. Just as Jesus explains in the parable of the sower, we are aware that some of the seeds may not grow as hoped. However, we believe many will and are excited to invest in the potential of those projects that will flourish with the extra funding.”
