Plans to legalise same sex marriage will be debated in Scotland later. MSPs will vote in the first of a series of ballots on the issue. The legislation will be similar to that passed in England and Wales where churches won't be forced to perform ceremonies.
Speaking to Premier is Dr Gordon Macdonald, a spokesman for Scotland for Marriage which campaigns against a change in the law.
