A former American child TV star has publicly declared his Christian faith, telling his followers he is “proud to live for Jesus Christ.”

Frankie Muniz, who is best known for starring in the 2000s sitcom Malcom in the Middle shared the message on X: “Happy Sunday! I am proud to say I live for Jesus Christ. Who’s with me?”

The post drew tens of thousands of likes, with actress Candace Cameron Bure responding: “Let’s GO!!! Praise God.”

Muniz, now 39, has become increasingly vocal about his faith. Earlier this year, he posted a video listening to the worship song 'Build my life', reflecting: “All part of His plan so you have to trust the good and the bad.”

Known for his breakout role alongside Bryan Cranston in the hit TV show, Muniz stepped away from Hollywood in 2006 to focus on family and professional racing.

Speaking recently, he said: “Money does not buy happiness. Look at Hollywood, there’s a lot of miserable people, right?”

Muniz also revealed over the summer he is recovering from a fractured wrist following a fall, but says he plans to return to the track once fully healed.
