Jack Osbourne, television personality and son of late Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, has said he is “Christ curious”.
Speaking on his Trying Not To Die podcast, Jack told evangelist Bryce Crawford that he has seen miracles but still wrestles with questions about the supernatural.
“I always say I 100% believe in God and I’m Christ curious. That’s how I classify myself”, he said.
Ozzy, who died in 2025, had the nickname of the ‘Prince of Darkness’ but frequently used Christian imagery in his music and album artwork.
The rock icon met with celebrity evangelist Dylan Novak in the weeks before his death and was given a New Believer’s Bible. Ozzy’s wife Sharron told Novak that the Bible is still on his side of the bed.
During the conversation, the pair spoke about suffering, miracles and whether the biblical account of Jesus can be trusted.
While Jack said he struggled with “some of the miraculous stuff”, he went on to state that “I’ve seen things happen that I can’t explain that defy logic that if I were to tell some quantum physicist about what I experienced, he would go, ‘Well, actually, the reason why that happened-,’ and try and science it away”.
“So maybe I am even contradicting myself in that, but I’ve always kind of circled around it,” Jack said. “I’ve just never really found the shoe that really correctly fits me,” he added.
Jack said that he went to a Christian school growing up and that his ex-wife's brother-in-law was a pastor.
