An Italian priest is being investigated by police on suspicion of prostituting up to 15 women.
According to Italian news site Il Mattino di Padova, investigations into Fr Andrea Contin, 48, began after three women previously associated with him contacted police.
The newspaper says Fr Andrea is accused of living off immoral earnings and psychological violence.
It's claimed the priest offered the services of women he'd had encounters with at his home.
His home beside San Lazzaro church in Padua (pictured), where he serves, has also been raided. Police found inappropriate sexual material there and it's also alleged he's held lewd parties there.
The Diocese of Padua is also investigating Fr Andrea and has suspended him from ministry. It's also highlighted the priest has not yet been found guilty of any crime.
