Alicia Lee, a former Goldman Sachs executive and elder at Lower Manhattan Community Church, has launched a mobile app designed to support those serving in Christian ministry.
Lee says the idea for the platform, called Faithly, came as “a vision from the Lord.”
Faithly, often described as a “LinkedIn for the Church” aims to connect pastors, chaplains, worship leaders, volunteers and Christian educators through a professional network tailored specifically to ministry.
The app enables users to share job opportunities, create ministry events and offer support across church roles, without the distractions of mainstream social media.
Speaking at the recent Sing! conference in Nashville, where the app officially launched, Lee said many were surprised such a tool did not already exist.
Faithly has grown since its initial web launch in 2022 and now has around 3,000 users. The launch of its new mobile app marks another opportunity to serve the wider Church.
“Ministry is one of the most relational and trust-driven callings, yet it’s been left without a dedicated digital space,” Lee said.
She pointed to the immense strain many pastors face, including burnout and isolation as motivation for building a tool that serves the Church as a whole, not just individuals.
“We believe the Church deserves the same calibre of digital tools that have helped other professions thrive,” she added.
The Faithly app is now available on mobile platforms and is part of what Lee calls a movement “to uplift and sustain those who pour themselves out for others.”
