The Church of Scotland has launched a new scheme to expand access to ministry.
The apprenticeship scheme aims to encourage people into working with the church, who may have previously ruled the idea out.
A two-year course will offer 18-40-year-olds who are already on their "Christian journey” the opportunity to train in ministry and theology.
Successful candidates will receive a yearly salary of £21,000.
The Church says: "We're looking for people ready for the adventure that begins when we say to God: Here I am."
