A church curate from Liverpool has created a map that shows how long it would take for each diocesan bishop in the Church of England to walk from their Cathedrals to their nearest Nando's.
Rev Fergus Butler-Gallie, assistant curate and author of Priests de la Resistance, told Premier he came up with the idea when he hit writer's block while preparing a sermon.
"I wasn't getting any further with my sermon and lots of stupid ideas fill my head every single day," he said.
"For some reason it floated in my mind the question 'I wonder how far it is from the Cathedral to Nando's' and I thought, 'well, there's only one way to find out'.
"I looked at the map and then I thought, 'well, I wonder what it is for all of them'. So, it really was a kind of distraction technique, though desperate, trying to get this sermon finished one evening."
He said the map only took about an hour and 15 minutes. It was posted on Twitter on 6th January and has received more than 11,400 likes and more than 3,300 retweets, with more than 500 comments.
Rev Butler-Gallie said the map is probably useless, but that "the point was to make people smile and if it did that then it served its purpose!"
As silly as the map may seem, Rev Butler-Gallie said God can use anything for his glory.
"If it makes one person go into to a Cathedral, even if only to check how to far it is to get from there to Nando's, then I'll be happy. The moving of the spirit is not mine to discern.
"The spirit will move in ways that spirit wishes to move. I mean, it's moved in more ridiculous things than a map on Nando's! If it does that, then that would be very pleasing. That would be lovely."
