Christians on the Left are encouraging members to be a Good Samaritan and a "Twitter angel" during the coronavirus crisis.
The Christian wing of the Labour party has launched a manifesto for "thriving, not just surviving, this #COVID19 season of increased isolation."
They urge Christian members to be a witness and love their neighbour, with a manifesto that says: "Don't panic, wash your hands, sacrifice your loo roll, say your prayers, for the many - not for me, stay at home, be a Good Samaritan, use a lifeline, fight for the rights, be a Twitter angel, ooze hope, choose love."
Louise Davies, chair of Christians on the Left, told Premier Christian News: "My heart and my prayer for this season is that we are going to see a healing for our land, not just of the virus but of those barriers and the hate that has been built up over the past season.
"In there it also says 'fight for your rights', so if you are a political activist, it is making sure the most vulnerable are being looked after and pushing the Government into action."
