David Cameron says childcare is "the issue" for families.
The Prime Minister's announced a new tax break to help working parents with their childcare costs. Eligible families will receive up to 12-hundred pounds a year towards care for each child. Labour says many families have already lost out, in cuts to childcare support. Dr Sam Royston is Policy Advisor at the Children's Society.
