Global Miracle Gospel Ministries (GMGM) will be leading the event, called Glow Party, at La Face nightclub in Edmonton.
Glow Party is open to everyone, and aims to change the perception of Halloween away from things associated with darkness and towards Jesus.
GMGM has pledged to host more youth activities at the venue over the future, as it has now taken over the day-to-day running of the venue.
Dr Abraham Daniel-Joel, the pastor of GMGM, said: "When the opportunity arose to run youth Gospel activities at the LaFace Nightclub I said yes straight away.
It's always been GMGM's desire to reach as many youth as we can and hosting events and activities at a well-known venue like LaFace enables us to do so."
"It's my belief that the Glow Party sets the tone for the type of events Global Miracle Gospel Ministries hosts at LaFace and that it really will become a focal point for youth in the area and beyond."
And Christian musician DJ Kelechi, performing on the night, told Premier it's a positive way to approach Halloween: "Reclaim it, as a festival and as an opportunity to celebrate the light of the world, Jesus, and how he overcame death for us, and how we of young people are commanded to and encouraged to shine our own light in our communities.
"Instead of focussing on ghouls and ghosts and demons and stuff like that we're talking about celebrating the light of the world - so it's an anti-Halloween party."
