Rt Revd Dr Martin Warner will open the service at Lancing College chapel, which overlooks the crash site, with a prayer for those who lost their lives.
Back in August the 11 were killed when a vintage jet crashed on to the A27 in West Sussex. It failed to pull out of a loop-the-loop stunt.
Relatives of the victims will join hundreds of fire-fighters, police officers, paramedics and volunteers at the memorial on 22 November, which has been organised by emergency service members and community leaders.
The victims:
Wedding chauffeur Maurice Abrahams, 76, from Brighton; retired engineer James Graham Mallinson, 72, from Newick, near Lewes; window cleaner and general builder Mark Trussler, 54, from Worthing; cycling friends Dylan Archer, 42, from Brighton, and Richard Smith, 26, from Hove; NHS manager Tony Brightwell, 53, from Hove; grandfather Mark Reeves, 53, from Seaford; Worthing United footballers Matthew Grimstone and Jacob Schilt, both 23; personal trainer Matt Jones, 24; and Daniele Polito, 23, from Worthing.
Dr Warner said: "This will be an important moment for so many people who were caught up in the sudden and tragic events of that Saturday in Shoreham."
The names of the victims will be read out ahead of a minute's silence at 1.22pm, the exact time of the crash. Each family will then light a candle to be placed on the chapel's altar.
Personal reflections of the rescue effort will be read by Sussex Police Chief Constable Giles York, West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service Chief Fire Officer Sean Ruth and Paul Sutton, chief executive of South East Coast Ambulance Service.
