A Christian and funeral celebrant will marry the two pugs as a bit of fun.
The puppies, named Dexter and Maya, will be joined together in matrimony on Saturday at a special service on Marazion beach in West Cornwall.
Nick Battle was asked to preside the ceremony and shared the vows he has prepared with Premier: "Do you Dexter take Maya as your lawful wedded wife forsaking all others in sickness and in health, for better or worse, with or without fleas, ticks or worms to sniff lampposts and frolic in the lampposts until death do you part?
"And do you Maya take this grateful mutt to be yours forever and ever?"
Battle told Premier why he is doing it.
He said: "One of my clients rang me up and he said 'look my wife is absolutely potty and she wants our little pups to get married on the beach on the first day of October', that being the day the beach is returned to the dogs after summer.
"I said that sounds so bizarre and so completely off the wall, it's a definite yes."
A wedding dress has even been created for Maya to wear on the day.
Nick Battle told Premier that complaints it is blasphemous against Christians were wrong and it's a bit of fun: "Get yourself a sense of humour and start living life.
"This is a bit of fun for two people who love their pups and want to have a lovely day out."
